Mike Clark is a 7th generation Texan whose forefathers were successful ranchers, farmers, soldiers, businessmen, educators, and writers. He has resided in Williamson County for twenty years. He has Bachelor's and Master's degrees with a background in Geology and Geospatial technology. He is currently employed in the technology sector and previously worked at the state legislature. He is married, has two grown children and three grandchildren.
He is running for office because he believes in public service to his community and that representation means engagement and commitment with the community. He strongly supports early childhood education programs, passing real immigration reform, promoting affordable housing, safeguarding our earned retirement, expanding Medicare for everyone, modernization of our infrastructure, ending private prisons, tuition free college, and providing high quality, low bureaucracy veterans benefits.
